• Unused
• Unstained
• Unwashed 
• No animal or pet hair
• No broken parts that are not caused by manufacturer’s defect
• All tags attached (where applicable)
• All original marketing materials included 
• No smells other than natural product odors
• Original packaging should be intact, NOT damaged
• Within 30 days of the original purchase date

All products are shipped from the United States and we provide FREE shipping on orders totaling $65 or more, before taxes and shipping fees are applied. You would normally receive your purchase within 3-5 business days, but due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, it may take the United States Postal Service up to 10 business days to deliver your item.  We appreciate your patience during these difficult times.  

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and Sir Nathan cannot take responsibility for late delivery times. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues.

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact  the designated carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address. We are not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps.

Once an order is placed we are not able to edit the order nor change the shipping address. Please verify that your information is correct before completing the order.

RETURN SHIPPING

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us for help FIRST, before sending the product back to us. If you do not follow the return policy and send back a product that is not in it’s original condition, we will dispose of the product and you will not receive a refund or store credit.

Note: We will take photos as your proof to show the condition of the returned item.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in required condition, in order to receive a refund. See product condition requirements for returns. There is a 30 days warranty on all of our products.

Note: You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and brokerage-related fees for the exchange of your product. We suggest to use a shipping service that requires tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if the item meets our return approval. Please allow us 5 business days to process your return once the product has been received.
